It was the sweetest afternoon of exploring, harvesting, and indulging at Daylesford Farm. The Farm, near Kingham in the Cotswolds, is sustainable and certified organic. It has a creamery, a bakery, the most darling market garden and Cookery School. The Cookery School was a highlight of my time in The Cotswolds. First coffee, then schooling, followed by picking veggies and walking in the gardens, and a lesson in veggie soup, then finally, pasta making, and many, many glasses of rosé. It was a dreamy afternoon with darling friends, beautiful cooking, and so much laughter.
